Comprehensive Example

The Comprehensive Example is a snapshot to a 14 Unit apartment building to illustrate the flow of calculations leading to the Return on Investment (ROI).

The format or analysis of commercial properties differ from broker to broker. However, the flow of numbers in this example is fairly “straight forward” and make logical sense.

Many of our students came with feed-back over the past few years and suggested modifications leading us to develop a Financial Model to be used in evaluating properties.
